I guess if I had to sum myself up in a few words those would be the words I choose, but I'll do my best to tell you a bit more about me.

I've been a coach for nearly 20 years now and received multiple certifications, my degree in Kinesiology... so yeah, I'm a lifer here. All through my years, I've helped HUNDREDS of people, like you, achieve goals they never thought possible. 

I've taken a liking to coaching those that are in their 30's through early 50's to get in the best shape of their life because, I GET IT. Recovery is longer, injuries happen easier, life is a lot more chaotic all the while you still think/feel that you are in your 20's; so its a bit of a weird time in your life that your mind hasn't caught up to your body. You have to be smarter now. BUT, with smarter training and nutrition I get so amused seeing clients obtain levels of fitness far beyond what they were in their 20's.

After having my first son in 2009 I was hit with the hard reality- I was obese. I'd never been obese growing up. I was an athlete and always extremely active. But years of living an unhealthy life lead me to a 60+ lb. weight gain.

I decided that I was going to lose the weight once and for all. I didn't want to be an overweight mom who'd given up on herself, watching her son from the sidelines. I wanted to run and play with him, and I couldn't do that in the body I was in.

So I had to change. And it was hard. But once I made up my mind to do it, NOTHING was going to stop me. I lost 60 lbs. in 11 months. I began running, eating better, and adapting to a new lifestyle. Then baby #2 came, and I had to do it all over again. I continued running throughout my pregnancy and when he was a year old, I decided I wanted to push the limits of my body. I began training for a bikini competition, replacing my running shoes for barbells.

Now, several years later, as a mother of 3 boys, living healthy is a part of our everyday life. 

I love helping women make changes in their lives and know that you don't have to have an all or nothing mentality; that baby steps still move you forward, and that your best years are yet to come!

You will realize you are not alone... that there are others, like you, who are doing or have accomplished the changes you want. You can ask your questions, offer your ideas and support, have others congratulate you on milestones and accomplishments and have a shoulder to lean on when times are hard. 

No negativity is allowed. No Debbie Downers, Negative Nancy's or Drama Mama's. There is enough of that in this world so we don't allow any of that mess in our group.

Sometimes you just want someone else to take the reigns and tell you what to do when it comes to making a health or fitness change. With the all the conflicting info out there it's hard to know what YOU need to do to get the results you want. This is where coaching comes in. Through a combination of information, words, pictures, videos and FB Live we filter out the crap that you don't need to do and tell you what you should do.

Plus, it's nice to have another set of eyes making sure that you're doing it right. 


On occasion, you will want something to either push you along further or challenge you to be better. This is where our Your Best Life challenges come in.

Nutrition Education

Low carb or zero carb? Keto or Atkins? Paleo, vegan or vegetarian? What's a protein? Is butter a carb? So many questions and so much information that no wonder it's just easier to say ' to hell with it' and go back to what you were doing. We fix that. We break down the complexities of eating to easy to digest (#seewhatIdidthere) bits of information so you know what you need to do, and no longer feel confused with the nutrition world. 

Workout Routines

Staying fit, active and strong is still an essential part of what we do. 

We provide workouts and workout programs complete with exercise alternatives, that can all be done with very little to no equipment. In other words, no gym needed. BUT... we do have routines for those that have access to a gym ;-)

You won't be bored, you won't hit a plateau with your workout plan again! Burn more fat - get stronger - feel better - create the results you desire!

Is this a contract?
Goodness no! 

The YBL Inner Circle is a monthly membership that renews every 30 days. Stay as long as you like, you are free to cancel at anytime with a 24 hour notice with no cancelation fees or penalties. 

To cancel is just email and you will be taken care of.
Does this include a meal plan?
No. We have found that most people feel restricted and overwhelmed by meal plans thus discouraging them from staying on course to make a change. We provide insider tips, strategies, meal ideas and overall easy to understand pieces of information so you can build your own plan that works for you, your schedule and lifestyle. 

"If you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day if you teach a man to fish you feed him for a lifetime." Or in this case nutrition :-P
Do I need a gym membership or special equipment?
No gym membership is required but you will benefit from pair of light dumbbells (5,8 or 10lb are perfect) & a resistance band to start. 
Is this JUST a workout group?
Making a change, such as a health and fitness change, requires more than just workouts and some healthy meals. YBL delivers more...

...we provide information outside of workouts and meals that allow living a better life.
